  • Our Meal Prep Subscription is a weekly pickup of thoughtfully prepared meals designed for your weekday rhythm. Each subscription includes a balanced mix of breakfasts, lunches, and snacks made in small batches at Dragonfly Tea House.

  • 3-Day Subscription ($89 + tax):
    Includes 3 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 3 snacks for the week.

    5-Day Subscription ($149 + tax):
    Includes 5 breakfasts, 5 lunches, and 5 snacks for the week.

    Menus rotate weekly and are shared prior to ordering. Add-ons are available at a per item cost.

  • Ordering opens during our published weekly window. Once the menu is posted on Monday Mornings orders are accepted until That Friday evening by 5:00pm (or until we sell out). We keep subscriptions limited each week to preserve quality.

  • Pickup is at The Kitchen Table Santa Fe 313 Camino Alire, Santa Fe NM 87501. Dragonfly Tea works out of this commercial kitchen. Pick up times are scheduled windows between 4:00pm - 6:15pm on Sundays. Your meals will be labeled and ready to take home.

  • Yes. Add-ons are available at a per-item cost when offered. Availability may vary by week depending on the menu and small-batch prep schedule.

  • Each item is labeled with a preparation date and a good-through date. For best quality, keep meals refrigerated and enjoy within the labeled time frame.

  • At this time, we offer curated weekly menus to preserve efficiency and small-batch quality. While ingredient lists are clearly provided each week, we are not able to guarantee allergen-free preparation. We use a shared commercial kitchen space.

    If you have specific allergies, please review each week’s menu carefully before ordering.

  • To maintain consistency and quality, subscriptions are offered as thoughtfully curated menus. Individual customization is not available at this time.

    Occasionally, simple selections (such as protein options) may be offered when noted in the weekly menu.

  • Orders placed online take card and ACH payments.

    If other, method of payment is need please contact Dragonfly Tea House for further information.

    Payment is due at the time of order to ensure no food waste for none picks.

  • Because meals are prepared fresh and in limited quantities, we ask that all subscriptions be picked up during the scheduled window.

    If you anticipate being late, please contact us in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee extended holding beyond the stated pickup time.

  • Menus rotate weekly to reflect seasonal ingredients and/or to offer other inspired menu Ideas and maintain variety. Each week’s menu will be posted prior to ordering, allowing you to review selections before securing your subscription.
